Over at the Death Cab for Cutie web site, "Directions" has started today. The band has recruited 11 directors to create videos for the 11 songs on the band's album, Plans. Each director got $5,000 for the shoot, and could use the money as they wished. The videos will be released in order of appearance on the album. "Marching Bands of Manhattan" was released today. There are some pretty good directors being tapped for this endeavor, such as Chris Grismer and Rob Schrab (channel 101).
